Central Nebraska | Done this well over a hundred times. Make sure your CD drive is set as your first boot device in BIOS, pop in your windows disk (I too recommend upgrading to Win7 if possible), turn on computer and follow the instructions. You do not want to repair. You want to delete the existing partition, create a new one and do a new install. Win7 can be up and running in about 30 minutes. WinXP seems to take 1.5 hours. | |
