I'm not sure how you would go in the US but here in Australia, I have had antenna cables made up for S & S2's before by our local TV repair guy. One time I took the old cable in and he was able to use the old fittings and replace just the coax. He then got in some new fittings and made up a couple of spare shorter cables for one guy I know. Maybe try that sort of business?
