| Just don't go with aluminum, they leak a lot of the metal in the food, especially with acid food such as tomato. Choose a stainless steel cooker or one where the aluminum is not in contact with the food. I know nothing about pressure cookers, but there seems to be only the Fagor Splendid and the Presto 01362 models that top the list, with the Presto having 6 times more comments on Amazon, and more raving ones than the Fagor. I'd probably go for the slicker and much more recent Presto 01365 model, it's just $6.50 more expensive than their other model and it has about the same ratings, and the same 12 year waranty. | |
