My personal opinion here, but unless you are really ramping the fertility hard and the beans are growing like a bat out of hell I wouldnt spray cobra for a yield increase. You have to realize why Kip did it.......he didnt want a yield increase he wanted to keep the plant from getting 7' tall. He applies 3 tons of poultry manure and sometimes an additional 200 lbs of AMS so his nitrogen load might be close to 150-200 lbs.


Now on the timing side of the N with fertigation you have the upper hand. Most research says the best time is at early pod set (R3).
