Seems like in that past 2-3 years mowing everything after harvesting is the new fad.


#1: It keeps trees from growing into a track-hoe problem. I call it maintanance.
#2: It shows anyone that would drive by that you care more for the land then just net profit.


#3 when some BTO comes by and offers your LL $200 more an acre, they could care less about your mowing..


#4 If you want to lose a farm, just quit mowing your roadsides.
