Shelby, MT | For fun see if what I had to do to get QuickBooks 2010 loaded it might work for you. I had to find the quick book.qwi or similar file(I can't remember the right extension but it doesn't matter anyways in your case) and right click and click on the trouble shooting option and then went through the options and it actually loaded the QuickBooks through the troubleshoot window and everything has worked so far, otherwise I was ready to go back to win 7
