Some times money is the answer, faster drives, faster CPU's or one with more cores or more memory. It's a long list.
Sometimes it's not, even though business people think it is. I heard a great saying at work a while back: "Some people just don't understand why nine women can't make a baby in a month."
Sometimes faster, shiny equipment just delays the eventuality of needing to reboot the process(es). Of course, I have no knowledge of the behind-the-scenes of this board, so I'm not sure what the issues are. It could be one or more of a large number of things. |
