Subject: Torque bar/ load shaft in JD4255

South Georgia

I know it's been discussed before on here, but my searching turned up 40 series parts. We have a 4255 that goes thru at least 1 shaft a year. It mainly pulls a fertilizer spreader and a 3pt sprayer. I need to replace the load shaft in it again soon. Are there any better options than a John Deere one? They seem to only make one year at best. What have you found better or is JD parts the better.

Always find and get good info on NAT.
