Do not run through MN without permits.

What route?

Thinking of coming across 2 to Duluth/Superior. Looks like ND rules say that red flags on the wide portion of the load will be all I need in that state. Load is just under 12 feet wide. Doesn't sound like I even need a yellow sign in ND. What do I need in Minnesota (besides permit).

Edit: I found MN regs. Looks like if I am 12' or under I don't need signs or lights or an escort. Can anybody confirm that I am reading this correctly.
