Oh he suggested I buy it all right. It's far enough that I'm not interested in farming it. If I did buy it, cousin 2 would be my choice given cousin 1's track record. I'm guessing that the reason the land is for sale in the first place is because the absentee Land owner is tired of the headaches cousin 1 has caused.
