I guess I don't understand, when I cash rent ground, after I pay a set amount of rent, pay for inputs, pay for the purchase and all maintenance of equipment, provide all the labor and management. When the crop is harvested whatever is leftover is mine. He obviously thinks he is going to make more like this than he would make cash renting it. Where is that extra money that he is going to make coming from?
I'm sure his intentions are good, but I think at the end of the day you'll be working cheap and wearing out your equipment for his benefit.JMHO
