A guy would have to check with IDALS on that..... When I did, I was told....as long as the operator had total control of the deal.....it was kosher(and only needs private ap)It is funny, a guy needs a private liscense to purchase.......and a commercial ap liscense can't buy....I was hoping to just maintain my commercial Liscences....but have to keep up my private so I can buy.
