just put in a 300 acre valley. It was a turnkey for 700/acre
is that irrigated acre? if so you bought very well! read in a farm mag. lately expect it to be 1000 per irragated acre. We are in the process of doing one and its looking to be over that. (i am talking pivot, pump, well, electrical, etc.)
