| Wow, some new ones here, welcome all to our little group. Paul good luck with cutting out the Mountain Dew, I am not a soda drinker, but I have been told it is really difficult to do. Keep a bottle of water within reach if you can. Don't substitute diet dew either as that is not good for you either. You might find you will get headaches from going cold turkey, hope not. One thing if you can cut out the soda you are going to find that the pound will drop off of you pretty easily. So go for it and good luck to your wife too. Good to work as a team.
Another thing especially to you new ones, is "way to go" not many people want to watch what the eat the month before Christmas. Alot of people will just give up and say they will start the first of the year. Good going everyone. | |
