West Central Ohio | Man, I know what you mean....i do love the ice cream. One thing i found that helps when you have these bad eating "habits" is to change your routine, instead of just trying to "will power" yourself into not eating them. For me, most of my bad eating happened in the evening when I was watching TV. No matter how hard I tried, I always found myself in the kitchen rummaging for food. So I decided to change my routine and stop watching TV in the evening; instead I would find other things to do. Outisde walking or biking if the weather was nice. In the winter, working in the shop or doing some weight lifting. Keep my mind and body occupied really helped. Best of luck. | |
