Sorry to hear about your backslide. I know it does no good listing excuses, but that surgery and the recovery time are hard to counteract. I know when I was at the docs Tuesday I was push to do some light exercise and he said no.
Here's a thought, let Dave be the food preparer this month so you don't have to be tempted all the time (sorry Dave).
