how do you make it safe to tie into one of those with a torch? Thanks
I don't think he has any more ends available. They sold like hot cakes. I give him all my empty seed pallets so he gave me a few tank ends. I'm going to build one for my SIL and daughter.
Ingenious neighbor puts an undetermined amount of CO2 in the vessel before he begins cutting to displace the oxygen. The tanks he has don't even smell like propane anymore because they've been open for several years. He never takes a chance though.
