Also in todays news -The Bank of Canada Governor has resigned to assume leadership of the Bank of England where he also has a position on the Euro commission on financial regulation. Known for his record of promoting strong regulation. He has probably more responsible for the stability of the Canadian Banking system than the Borrow and Spend Conservatives.
