Cruise? Many have kids/teen clubs that keep them occupied for a good portion of the day. Shore excursions can get as expensive as you want. 8 hour tours to historic sights down to walking to the beach and working on a tan. You can see some cool sights, get some sun. Biggest downside will be airfare for you.
