We have a 3588 and its a pretty good tractor. One thing you won't like about the 3788 is the 3 speed instead if 4. Other than that I like ours. You wouldn't touch an MFWD tractor for what we paid for ours. The dealer said no front duals and don't load the tires and you'll be fine. We pull 6-16's, a 24' drag and a 7 shank inline ripper but the ripper is all it wants.
