It seems im in a wetter area. I was plowing in some tile this week and it was a little sloppy on top. When the backhoe would dig out the run there was some moisture down there. We got the plow stuck once amd went back the next day to dig it up and re run it and there was a little water in the trench.... im more positive at this point for 2013 subsoil moisture then most is seems
