Subject: is there a drought premium factored in the grain markets ?

S.C. Minn

been thinking about the post below and was wondering if anyone feels there is a drought premium in the wheat, corn or soybean market for N/C 2013 ?
There is only a few days or weeks left before the midwest soils are frozen.
Soil scientists estimate our sub soils are 10-12" of rain short.
