| I have been using and fighting the chemilizers also. We run a lot of tetracycline and that is the only product that I fight. I was always using generic tet and mixing in my own citric acid. A couple years ago we switched to contract finishing and my pig supplier now provides the medicine. They send me oxytetracycline to use and I haven't worked on a chemilizer since (knock on wood.). I also built a new 2500 head barn last year and the builder put the new dosatron in it. Seems like a good mediator espically in the bigger barn. | |
