Mid Michigan | I think we're already there. All it takes is one storm isolated in one area and it causes a big disaster and everything comes unhinged in that area. Too many people will tend to be a problem anywhere. I live in a rural area of michigan and it's never quiet here anymore. It seems like the traffic and people running around has increased a huge amount in the last 20 years around here. It's hard to find an isolated spot anywhere anymore where somebody hasn't invaded it. Every show on tv now is about somebody who is desperately trying to pillage the earth for a few bucks and destroying everything in the process. River loggers, gold miners bulldozing huge pristine tracts of land for gold, iceburg hunters, drilling rigs, windmills, fracking, irrigation. I think we're alot closer to Mad Max From Thunderdome than we realize. | |
