I have seen a lot worse. I would buy it and refurb it if it wasn't a green track machine. I do think its overpriced. Who cares what the other guy did? Just because it has a Murphy panel doesn't mean the original gauges don't work. If you change engine oil on a 8000 series every 100 hrs, you deserve some negative criticism too. Ever heard of an oil sample? 300 is early. 500 is more typical. Follow the test results. We have a bunch that made it way over 10,000 hrs. It's very possible, and actually quite likely, the guy made more money with those, than you'll ever make with yours. Tractors are consumables. More you use them, the more frequently they're outta here. If it was a 7250, he would have kept it. :) |
