+1. I like to take people I'm thinking about adding here out to dinner just to watch this. it really tells you a lot. Most positions here are blue collar labor, but I still want manners.

I do not want to work with someone who is only nice because of what might come back later. I want to work with someone who is just plain polite and nice and respectful of all others when they know there is nothing to gain--they are just "nice" because they "are".

I guess that's why no one works here who is from Chicago.
