Maybe push to try to get it on the high side of the price of the ground, but they won't really negotiate. Public utility... It's pretty much a take it or leave it offer. There were some landowners that tried to push on the line that went through here. The first time they hear lawyer, the power company just goes to court. They've got the staff on retainer and have done it thousands of times, so it's a well oiled machine that pretty much rolls right over the problems. | |
