C to N ratio is critial
We do windrows, so a compost turner helps stir the batch to get a complete mix
Gotta monitor temperature REGULARLY as some mixes can get really hot really fast and then spontaneously combust
There are some software programs out there that can help you figure out if your C:N ratio will work out.
