Northern Illinois | Windows 7 on a laptop. I have a HP 5180 All in One printer, copier and scanner.
My laptop downloaded the printer aspect of the 5180 but it did not download the scanner. On my device and printers page on the start menu it show a 5100 All in One printer, copier and scanner. It will print from my printer. When I attempt to scan something on to my computer I get a message that there is not a scanner available and if I have one to make sure it is turned on.
