Ditches have water in them, but they are green from stagnation here. No tile running water at all from the muck that is spring fed. Normally that muck would be setting wet with water. Ponds are down 3-4 feet below their overflow. (out of the stone in most places) The market does what it wants, but mother nature is still in the drivers seat.
