nc ia
Had the same problem 25 yrs ago. Neighbor would not let us on his field and it was 1/2 mile across his field to creek outlet. So we backed up to the fence line at ground level and went down at a 30 degree with steel well pipe till we hit 3 1/2 feet then went on grade to tile the field. The field drained normal with only a small wet spot about 3 ft around the outlet. Could always plant right up next to the outlet. Neighbor always lost about 1/2 acre around outlet. He sold the land about 10 yrs later ,new owner tiled the field out and came to us asking if he could hook our tile up under ground. We said yes and no more water ran on top, everyone happy.
