The ground on one side is too low to drain that way should i get it rented, and on the farm on the other side is an open ditch so should i get it rented it would have an excellent outlet. Im gonna push for first refusal rights into the rental contract if i get awarded it. But in all likelihood if i do get it rented i wojld wager good money once the neighborhood recognises myself and my improvements they will be knocking on there door that summer.... |
