Yes you are correct, if your correction source uses Glonass then the Glonass satellites are in play, the receiver will still pick up those satellites, but would not be used in positioning. Omnistar XP or Omnistar HP to my knowledge do not use Glonass for corrections. The only satellite based correction source that will use Glonass (on the Trimble/CNH side) in the constellation would be the RTX correctional signal, 1.5" repeatable accuracy, this is another option available through Trimble/OmniStar if you have a 372 receiver, FMX(CNH FM-1000)display, or CFX-750 (CNH FM-750) display.
