Can't know anything with 'certainty'. I still say when the rates are posted the variable wil be my choice. Chances are it will be at least 200 basis points below the fixed which leaves a decent cushion. The other pertinent factors, like debt to worth ratio and stability / cost of the other acres in the operation are also unkown. That info is also crucial in this decision.
