yeah I like looking at things like this. Kinda like during the winter I enjoy watching Judge Judy. No worries there were no concerns about meaning anything against each other.

You don't seem to account for this line at all? I likely didn't focue on that line because in a lot of family corporations while it legally is a corporation it is a somewhat loose corporation and shares are often equated to mean or imply acres. I own 1/6th of a hog operation that markets ~12000 hogs/year. While I realize I own shares in the corporation in my mind I equate my shares to mean I market 2000 pigs/year. The OP mentioning the sister wanted to keep her land in a sense implied to me that at least she and/or the OP felt the same way.

My family has been the minority shareholder in a family corporation (non farm related) and it is not fun when the majority owner wants to exert this majority ownership status. That likely is the reason I appear to be on the sisters side.
