Ebay is your friend... I'd rather have a gasoline powered forklift than the propane that we have now because of increased torque. Get the 3 stage mast because if you're in a low room the mast will not hit the ceiling as fast. Pneumatic tires are a must and make sure they are at or over 2 feet tall because they will carry better in softer gravel/grass. Side shift is a great option but it isn't all that necessary, it would though, be great for stacking boxes. We have put more hours on our forklift than most of our tractors because with a small hole on one of the forks you can move almost anything from campers to disc chisels to empty grain carts.
