Little River, TX
Loosing weight has always been a Head Game thing.

When the head is in gear the weight comes off, but at the flip of a switch the Head is somewhere else and at best the weight holds level.

Three years ago now the head got interested and 50 lbs came off with little apparent effort. Required close to a year but it was not an effort.
Then the Wife said enough already and the Doctor said not to over do a good thing. The Blood Sugar was under control. Now it is an effort to keep at my desired weight. Fact is I am having trouble keeping 10 pounds above my desired weight.

Right now I am holding in the 165 lb range and really need to be in the 154 lb range. I know this but my head is just not interested.
Something imperative will have to come along to get my head and my belly interested.

As usual I still say I want to weigh 144 lbs so I can tell the Doctor my weight is Gross.
Do people still think of 144 as a Gross? A Dozen Dozen? As well as Gross being crude or ugly?
