NW Washington | I think Oliver called those plow bottoms, Raydex bottoms. Oliver was the first to come out with the small, thin shares that were commonly called throw away shares. Older style shares were much heavier and had a long nose on them and were ofter rebuilt by local blacksmiths and welding shops. After Oliver came out with the Raydex bottoms the rest of the industry switched to this style of share fairly rapidly. My guess it that these are 14" bottoms. Fourteen and 16 inch plows were the most common in this era.
I see this plow has Oliver's unusual rack and pinon mechanical lift on it which I think they were the only ones who used this type of mechanical lift.
YTMAG has stuff on Oliver plows. http://www.ytmag.com/cgi-bin/viewit.cgi?bd=implment&th=207823
