some folks like them raw to me the taste like a radish, but I peel them, cut them in chuncks and boil them, (like a [patatoe) and when soft I eat them in place of potatoes, smash them up put some butter on them and I feel they are a lot like coliflour, to me anyway. but like any food you can only eat so much and then I get sick of them. Bob
