WC MN | I don't think now is the time to expand. In my opinion if prices drop, some of those paying higher rents will just walk away. Farmer will not have much to lose. Some Farmers always labor under the dillusion that more acres mean more income......that is not always the case. The high end rents are counting on high prices staying around. I'm not real comfortable with that until I see what a 13-14 billion bushel crop does to corn prices. Just my thoughts. | |
