I am really liking what Brady Hoke is doing at UM. 2 seasons in but I think he's got the ship steered in the right direction.
I also really respect Pat Fitzgerald at Northwestern. He has built on what Gary Barnett and Randy Walker have done, and has made Northwestern a tough out. They may never win 12 games, but they're always a tough team to beat.
