Rate control requires 3 inputs. Speed that you say is working, Boom width in inches (no shanks times width between shanks), and flowmeter cal, this number is on the tag on the meter if its still there. If you are on Vol/min and you have no volume when the NH3 is flowing then you have a flowmeter issue. Could be the sensor is bad. Could be a wiring issue. Could be foriegn material stuck in the impeller.
