I've bought Parker air cylinders off of Ebay for reasonable prices. I've also found the air controls on Ebay too.
I had an electric opener on a sliding door when we built our parlor 25 years ago. It was always broke, so I disconnected it and have not used it since (open the door by hand when we start milking and close it when we are done).
