OK So the Kalamazoo Gazette is often wrong... They had another article telling that Knoll had filed for 110 Million but only received and spent 80 Million of it. The IRS got suspicious around 80 Million.

Knoll told people he was trading his patented racing fuel all over the Country and his Decatur operation was a very small part of the big picture.

Other MI Live articles say Knoll got 80 million in fuel tax refunds plus had a 15 million Loan from Chemical Bank.. he has applied for 110 Million but never got the full amount..

I think his fuel tax deal with IRS could mean 11 years in Prison.. Fraudulent figured to borrow 15 million could get him 22 years.. again I just get my info from other MI Live articles...

It's ironic that some one stated on Ag Talk that Stamp is using Knoll's old office.. I have no clue if it's true. Decatur is a very small town I know that for sure.

There are some very good and honest farmers in the Decatur area and some of the biggest crooks too!
