Well like what was said last week when you take on 40k rented acres that was farmed by others and run a grain elevator and spent 4 mil.of your own money ond rail line that bank would not finance is a little different than a guy farming his 500 acres and not a top producer finalist
Where would a Hog Farmer who farmed 1400 acres who's Father filed Bankruptcy let me take a wild guess and just say 10 years ago,, come up with 4 Million of his own Money?
It's got to be money borrowed from other investors or from a Bank. It's not his own money until he pays his loans off. |
