we used to raise a few "more" that a very few but did it without antibiotics. If you are selling to a niche market, depending on if you are direct-selling to customer, depends on the price you can get. Diret selling to customers cuts out the middle man but then you are also do all the marketing. A lot of work but can be rewarding. For those who nay say this kind of thing, it isn't for everyone. We used to raise our on alfalfa in the summer. No antibiotics for them. Something to be said when the animal get fresh air and sunshine. Just like people, they are usually healthier.
