Denhoff,ND right in the center of the State | I built a hydraulic winder, 3pt hitch, cone shaped drum with one removable side, can tie 4 wires together and pull 1/2 mile at time, will make the JD 3020 roll back as it pulls the wire, the wire will saw a hole right in the ground over the hill tops, wouldnt be without one, my FIL borrowed it and took to his farm to roll up wires and neighbors were just amazed at this machine.
