Big Oil which controls the gasoline market would gladly buy someone else's product and displace their own, costing the oil industry $100 million every single day, 365 days a year. Naw, they will just give that money up without a mandate! Sarcasm intended! Who is naive enough to think that Big Oil would have let ethanol in the door without the mandate.
