Subject: S680 cob in sample problem

S Central Ontario
We are combining 180 to 210 bpa corn and cannot get a good sample. Too much broken cob. We have spent many hours trying every imaginable setting. The dealer has spent 2 full days to no avail. We can go about 400 yards with a good sample and then cob starts to recycle in the tailings rethrasher and then it just seems to go around and around building up until it shows up in the sample. If we tighten up the machine we have no capacity or it just plugs the rethrasher.

Our 9770 had the best sample coming into our elevator. The new S680 now has the worst.

If anyone has experienced the same and has found a fix, we would really like to hear from you.
