If you've got the inspection and the 2012 plate already, can't they just mail the 2013 sticker?
They do it here, you only have to go to the DMV once, then it's all renewed by mail.
Which is good, bacause there is always a long queue at their office, frequently even outside, like it's people waiting for the newest iPhone.
